Palazzo Gatto Art Hotel Spa, BW Premier Collection

It's our first time that the hotel was better than as described in photos, it has been a wonderful experience you cannot expect. The attention to the details, the confort and the quality of the room and finally the breakfast is unique. We will go back again :-)

For one night in Trapani, we loved this hotel. It was in a terrific location with very kind staff, and a lovely breakfast. I would recommend it. Great shower and great air conditioning.

What a beautiful stay we had at Palazzo Gatto! Sweetened by the fact that the AirCon kept our room at a cool 22C, while outside it was nearly 35C. Situated near the historic old town - so just around the corner from all the restaurants and bars. Breakfast was fantastic, but you're better not on a diet when you come to Sicily - the locals love their sweets. The rooms are modern and clean. There is an amazing roof terrace with a hot tub (to use for a small fee). Everyone was super friendly, from receptionists, to waiter, to cleaning lady - and all spoke English (though I had my Duolingo-Italian at the ready...). The local beaches are quite narrow and there is quite a bit of sea grass, but it's still nice - especially at sun set time. We took the bus one day to San Vito Lo Capo, which is a beautiful blue-water beach just like in the Caribbean. We came to relax for a long weekend (la dolce fare niente) - and for that it was perfect!
