The Plantation House Boutique Inn

Luey and Norris (aka the Cowboy Innkeeper) are so sweet and charming. We felt right at home. Having Luey making breakfast while talking and laughing was so heartwarming and the food was incredible. The room we had was wonderful and unbelievably clean. We will be back for sure!

Best B&B we’ve ever stayed in !!! The Plantation House, is all you could ever want in a Boutique B&B. Style, comfort, unique building, in its own grounds. Lovely pool area with all the usual features. Our room was beautiful decorated, which had two bedrooms adjoined by a lovely bathroom with complementary shower gel to bath salts. Louey & Morris are excellent hosts, very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast we had was excellent first time any of us had had German pancakes, freshly made while Louey chatted away from the kitchen. The next time we are in the Austin area we will definitely be staying at their wonderful home. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. Keith, Carole, Lydia and Jack

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented. Every detail was thought of — from the cozy furnishings to the little extras that made it feel like home. The location was perfect, and communication with the host was easy and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our stay here was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, Luey and her husband made us feel completely at home. They are the kindest, most welcoming hosts we’ve ever met, and their beautiful inn is truly a gem. The house is spotless, peaceful, and surrounded by gorgeous gardens—it felt like an oasis. We slept better than we have in ages, completely recharged, and woke up to the most delicious breakfast we’ve ever had, personally prepared by Luey herself. Everything was so thoughtful and full of charm. Honestly, this is the best place we’ve ever stayed, and we left wishing we could stay forever. Our personal recommendation—book at least three nights to truly soak in the beauty, charm, and atmosphere. If you’re in Austin, staying here is an absolute must—it’s an experience you’ll remember for a lifetime!

Absolutely magnificent. Luey & Norris are wonderful hosts & make you feel part of their family as soon as you arrive. Breakfasts are to die for, so much variety & they fill you up for the day ahead. We stayed in The Crosby for 5 nights & The Reid on our last night. Both rooms were luxurious, elegant, beautifully designed with top level bathrooms, couldn't fault anything during our stay. Thank you Luey & Norris, you certainly made our stay in Texas a very happy one 😀

Beautiful place, beautiful host, everything was great

This was a beautiful property with easy access to the center of Austin and the host were extremely wonderful. I’m definitely gonna stay there again and bring Friends .

Loved the quiet and beautifull place made us feel very country like out and away from the hustle. Very attentive to detail, very well communicated on all aspects from our arrival to our departure. Very beautifull place to stay if quiet and getaway is what your looking for, also very convenient and very safe.
