You will LOVE our fully remodeled (2025) beach cottage on the Gulf Coast of Florida! We are a one-minute walk to the beautiful sugar sand and blue waters on Sunset Beach in Treasure Island! The cottage is perfect for a family of 4-6 but is also well suited for two couples who want more space, privacy and amenities than a hotel could possibly offer. It is a FULLY FURNISHED 2-bedroom, 2 bathrooms, over 900 sq. ft. single-family home with a very rare completely enclosed private yard with a deck, patio seating for 6-8 people and barbecue. All the furniture is brand new including the mattresses. The Master bedroom features a king-size bed with TV, the second bedroom has queen-size bed with TV and both bedrooms have large closets for storage. Comfortable living room which features a nice space to lounge and an island which seats up to 4 people. FULLY EQUIPPED brand-new kitchen with all new cabinetry, countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware, Keurig, and all appliances, large and small. We supply a beach trolley, beach chairs and an umbrella. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine on our front porch, or on the deck in our beautifully treed yard! We have room at the cottage to comfortably park three to four vehicles. The cottage is located on a quiet street, but only a few steps away from the fun! Just a 3-minute walk from the cottage, is the famous Caddy’s on the Beach with indoor and outdoor dining, bars on multiple levels, chair rentals, full menu beachside, drink service, cabanas and beach games. Right across the street from Caddy’s, and only a two-minute walk from the cottage, is Ka’ Tiki, a locals’ favorite in a massive tiki hut with indoor and outdoor seating, bar food, drinks and great live music 7 days a week! Additionally, within a 15-minute walk, or short drive, are other restaurants like Sea Dog, and Shrimpy’ s with beautiful views of the intracoastal waterway. There is a Publix grocery store a mile away and too many great restaurants and shops to mention in St. Pete Beach which is a five - minute drive from the cottage. We are a short drive to downtown St. Petersburg, home of the Tampa Bay Rays, multiple museums and galleries, fine dining, pubs, breweries, a lot of live music and many festivals. North of us, only 5–10-minute drive, is John’s Pass in Madeira Beach where you can find all sorts of water sports, shops, restaurants, and fish markets. Two blocks away from the cottage you can hop on the Suncoast Beach Trolley that runs from Treasure Island all the way to Clearwater Beach! Just like us, you want to make sure your vacation is spent somewhere that is clean, as advertised, and with hosts who care about your vacation experience. This isn’t just a rental property for us, it is our only vacation home so we have fully stocked it with everything we would want when on holidays! The property is as listed. Everything is new. Beds are comfortable. Short walk to beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and cart are great! Property Manager was extremely responsive and checked in on us.

July 4th Getaway We had a great time during our stay at Happy Hour Cottage. We were across the street from the beach and walking distance from the tiki bar. The house so super cute and clean.

Perfect Cottage by the Sea Loved our stay everything was nice, clean and new. Loved that we had additional parking. This cottage is on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Caddy’s is still closed but they have a great pop up with a limited menu. This cottage was perfect for our long weekend. I was surprised they even had a washer and dryer. We didn’t use it but was great in case we needed to. We sat outside at night in the side patio which was just magical! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Delightful Getaway This is a lovely place to stay at the beach. It was clean and efficiently furnished. We ended up with 6 adults which should have felt more crowded than it did, but instead we just enjoyed ourselves. The location is perfect for walking to the beach. Short, easy drives to more concentrated amusements. Communication with owner was useful and quick. I would love to visit again.
