Beautiful hotel. Fantastic breakfast. Great room amenities in a Superior Room, especially the balcony. Bend-over-backwards and gracious hospitality from every single employee. We had had a very long day driving from Rome and stopping in Deruta and San Marino along the way. But we lingered too long in both of those lovely locations. By the time we got to our hotel, it was pretty late. We we’re grateful that parking was so easy ( and free). It had been our intention, after reading previous reviews, to dine at the restaurant within walking distance, but we were just too tired. Instead, we went to the hotel bar for a drink and they prepared ample and delicious snacks for us (and one of us was a vegetarian). Since we were spending only 1 night and it was dark when we arrived, we made sure to walk around the gorgeous grounds of the villa (after an unbelievably fantastic buffet breakfast) before checking out. Don’t miss this gem and try to stay longer than we did. By the way, very reasonable prices also. Mille grazie!

Simply perfect. We spent five nights here and had the most wonderful time. The staff were pretty amazing, friendly, helpful and the pool and grounds so very beautiful. There is no restaurant but less than 5 mins walk is a charming Italian restaurant we ate at three times and that was fabulous too. We will be back.

From making reservations through departure, the excellent staff made our stay relaxing and fun. The villa's grounds were extensive and well maintained, the room properly equipped and spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom fully equipped. Plenty of parking and there was a charger for the Tesla right in front of the entrance. Fully recommend.

We just stayed at the Hotel Villa Cattani Stuart for 1 night and it was exceptional. It was only a 10 minute taxi ride from the train station in Pesaro as we did not have a car. The short ride was well, well worth it. The property is gorgeous, the room very clean and the bed super comfortable. You felt very relaxed while there as you are out, in the country, away from it all and the people working there will pamper you. The swimming pool was divine. Breakfast was delicious, with many choices. Our only complaint was that we didn’t stay a few nights longer—it was a much needed, restful stay. We want to return and the Hotel Villa Cattani Stuart gets our highest recommendation! You must go!

The room and hotel are elegant and refined and very clean! The breakfast had american, continental and italian choices. At 8 am everything was fresh and tasty. We dined at the restaurant a short walk from the hotel and the food was excellent with a lively atmosphere. It was raining when we arrived so did not get an opportunity to spend much time on the grounds the pool was lovely

I loved the villa cattani hotel, and the staff is wonderful, polite and helpful. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is amazing and the pool is perfect for cooling off. My only advice is that the hotel give you repellent, because there are many mosquitoes.

This was our second time visiting the hotel and was just as special as the first. It is the perfect place for a relaxing and tranquil vacation. The staff are attentive and the food is really nice (breakfast is served daily and pool snacks/piadinas are available in the day). It’s very well situated as you have the perfect balance of peace and quiet at the hotel, as well as being close enough to the centre of Pesaro if you want to get out and about. *See my previous review from September 2019 for specifics on the bus route. Thank you again to all of the staff for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again next year.

Vary nice hotel outside busy pesaro..arrived on a motorbike and they looked after me .Nice room Nice pool busy though. Ok breakfast. And although there isn’t a in-house restaurant 300 metres away is a lovely traditional Italian family run eatery..if any criticism is that the breakfast staff are more keen how the buffet looks than what the clients want...overall its a lovely hotel and i will definitely stay there again on my way to Greece or back to uk
