The nice part first: it is a beautiful boutique hotel, probably the nicest in the area. Sadly, we did not only stay there - we held an event there. Everything was a problem. Everything, even the well-advanced entry of our truck into the parking lot. We will not book this hotel again.

A dirty, basement room full of insects and filth. The stench was unbearable. The next morning, I requested a new room, which was no problem. However, it turned out that the new room was also unclean, with the same bed linens left from the previous guests. An absolute disgrace.

Quiet close-enough garden location. We chose not to stay in the hustle bustle near Porta and that was a good decision. This hotel had lots of charm in the public areas. I will preface that we got the cheapest room - but the carpet needs replacing and there was no place to put luggage. Free nice sauna! The breakfast was phenomenal and we enjoyed exploring the park out the back gate. It’s an easy 1 mile walk to old town. I would stay here again. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
