What I liked: 1 convenient, closed to cruise port, walking distance from bus terminal, customer services
What I don't like: 1. no visible sign of hotel (it is list as part to tenant of the building which I didn't expected.2. Hotel is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

The hostel is really clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. A kitchen where you can cook (except at night), a big room to hang out, clean and big rooms, comfortable bed bunks... one of the many things I enjoyed is that at night rest and silence were very important, so if you're looking for a cheap place to stay without giving up on rest/sleep, this is your place.
The only thing I'd say as a drawback is that if you're in the city center (Piazza de l'Unità and surroundings), it takes between 20 and 30 min to get to the hostel, it's not in the city center. But if you walk near the sea, it's a nice walk.
10/10 recommended.

I stayed here few nights and this place is cool. Staff is super nice. I was there when temperature was over 35 all the time, the old building doesn't have AC, so it was quite hot also indoors even every bed had own fan. The distance to the stations is bit long - still walkable but takes time (especially in this heat and with your luggage). Good breakfast.

Great central location for the main sights and also for many restaurants in the area. Outside area tends to get noisy with nightlife and the hostel is on the third floor with no lift, so not suitable for those with physical disabilities.

ControVento was a very nice hostel that we would always recommend not only because it was very clean and comfortable to stay at but also because in time of need (very bad situation in a restaurant that resulted in a visit at the local police- just don’t go eating at Assaje-pizzeria! ) the staff was very supportive and showed true empathy! Even the manager herself offered us help.. we are grateful for that experience and would go back there anytime!

La posizione è centrale, la palazzina è vecchiotta ma funzionale. Le stanze sono pulite e ordinate. Il personale gentile, disponibile e simpatico.

El hostal está súper limpio y bonito! El personal muy atento.
Para mi sorpresa, estaba en la habitación de 10 personas y fue bastante cómodo la verdad.
Lo único negativo a acotar es que el hostal está en un tercer piso y no hay ascensor. Así qué hay que ponerle fuerza si vas con equipaje grande cómo fue mi caso.

Ostello arredato molto bene con oggetti vintage e piante. La saletta è davvero confortevole ed è un piacere starci. L'unica pecca è che manca l'ascensore per raggiungerlo (quarto piano) e i pavimenti in legno sono scricchiolanti ma sicuramente ci torneremo. Posto centralissimo, colazione inclusa, cucina ad uso libero e personale super disponibile. Consigliatissimo.
