The beds are good, AC is good. Rooms are clean. It is a bit noisy due to lack of sound isolation in the rooms. Breakfast is good, they have a gym. Parking nearby. Just a decent hotel nothing special but good enough. Wi-Fi also works fine. No issues at all here.

I don't often give 1 star reviews but there this hotel's representation is so misleading that there is no alternative. At best a 2 star hotel given the lack of ammenities and service. Hotel room was dirty; building materials in the "garden"; no restaurant; awful breakfast. We were meant to have a sea view but we were on a lower floor and could not see the sea (I am not convinced that any rooms have a sea view given the building opposite).

We had a nice time, the rooms are clean and cool. The view in our family room was particularly nice, with a balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful so the service was great (we had issues with the fridge in our room and it was fixed as soon as we came back to the room). But I just can‘t agree with this being a five star establishment, which is what I payed for. The rooms are perfectly clean but there are stains on the curtains and on the wall, bathroom appliances are old and it shows. Breakfast was alright but not a five star experience either, bread was mostly stale, butter was a melted greasy mess, coffee was a disappointment. The spa area was also very clean but only open for guest for 4 hours, from 4-8 pm -which is a shame it could have so much improved our stay!

If you expect a 5 star experience, please forgot it. Hotel is located on the street side, o a very busy road. We asked for a sea room, which was very noisy, because of the window, which was not closing properly. Internet is working fine. Sleeping quality is on average level, all the furniture is an old and no refurbished style. Personnel is very polite, willing to assist you in any way. But the problem remain with the atmosphere, which is very old. Is you want to have an access to the sea side, you have to choose an upper floor. Spa is o.k. with a medium swimming pool. Breakfast is very poor for a 5 star expectation. Maybe 4*.

First this hotel says it’s 5 star but it’s barely 3 so here they are false advertising. Room numbers are written in paper and glued to the door if you can believe in hotel that advertises as 5 star. Then we enter the room and I see dirty walls not properly painted but the worse is the bathroom, toilet was dirty and not cleaned at all. In shower there are few tiles missing. It’s on noisy street so you hear traffic through windows which are old as building itself. Avoid this dirty unsanitary place! There are so much better hotels in Trst for the same price. This place is in level of hostel and not hotel.

Struttura molto bella se vista dall'esterno, posizione non centrale ma ben collegata dagli autobus, eccezionale la vista dalla sala colazione, il cui personale è stato con noi sempre estremamente gentile. Detto questo, l'hotel nel complesso non vale le 5 stelle, gli interni sono abbastanza vetusti e il dettaglio non è per nulla curato (ad esempio nella nostra stanza c'erano delle piccole macchie di umidità sul soffitto e mancava un pezzetto di materiale nella parte finale dell'arco intermedio), carente è stato il ricambio giornaliero dei prodotti da bagno esauriti, la SPA era aperta solo dalle 16:00 alle 20:00. Anche il prezzo pagato però è stato inferiore a quella di altri cinque stelle.

Ho letto tante recensioni su questo hotel, ed è tutto vero. Sarebbe più facile se creassero un ambiente 3 o 4 stelle! In primis sarebbero più onesti con loro stessi, e in secondo non avrebbero pretese dagli ospiti. La clientela da 5 stelle, sa e pretende i servizi che la quinta stella offre. Per il resto bella posizione, bel parcheggio, zona spa nella norma ma pulita, letto comodo e lenzuola morbide, aria condizionata silenziosa, la responsabile alle colazioni molto gentile. Visto il prezzo pagato e le 5 stelle, credevo di trovare un hotel al top, ma ne più ne meno di un 3/4 stelle italiano. Positivo il parcheggio ma l’accesso all’hotel difficile, o da un ingresso secondario oppure uscire in strada ed entrare dalla porta principale. Alle 22 hall quasi tutto al buio, il bar senza barista, la camera con arredi vecchi con evidenti segni del tempo oltretutto rumori provenienti dalle camere vicine. Una stella in meno non guasta!

Premessa: Non sono abituato ad andare in alberghi a 5 stelle. Sono rimasto deluso da questa struttura considerando che viene proposta come 5 stelle. Entrata possibile da una porta di servizio (non indicata) sul retro (quella principale solo se arrivi a piedi; improbabile). Porte delle camere e dei WC che scricchiolano (non solo la nostra), accoglienza fredda, bagno piccolo. Arredamento e immagine generale che davano segni di poca manutenzione per un 5 stelle. Piscina con acqua fredda. Positiva la colazione e accogliente la signora che si occupava del servizio.
