Our group of 4 people arrived first around 11 o'clock in the evening. The hotel staff woke me up and finally got to the room with a big wheel. The hotel staff was so nice at night. He took me on his motorcycle to buy midnight snacks. He was so nice.

Received very badly. It was terrible. They didn't even know we booked and were talking to us and eating at the same time. Very disrespectful reception. The rooms themselves were good and clean. Bath towels we didn't have in the room either and had to ask for it. We booked and paid for breakfast and they told us they had no breakfast for us. They asked us all the time whether we pay now although we have booked on ebookers and have already paid this. We did not get money back either. Not so friendly staff.
