This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in during my trip to Europe. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the city centre and the train station. The hotel is like a noble palace, the public areas and rooms are very good, and the breakfast is good. What surprised me the most was that I arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock in the morning, and I was able to stay in the room directly, which is very rare in Europe.

This was our third visit to this hotel and as always we enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival our allocated room was not very good but it was changed quickly and easily by the front desk staff. The replacement room was good and modern. The only complaint we have is that the shower cubicle is far too small. Large people will have great difficulty getting in and out let alone actually washing. Additionally the hotels location is good, being close the Porta Susa railway station. No need for a taxi. The restaurant across the road is recommended as is the Sushi restaurant just around the corner at the top of the Via Cernaia. Turin is nice city with not too many tourists and wealth of excellent places to see and places to eat at. We have been visiting Turin for 16 years as our son lives here - we love it. Enjoy your stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are really sizeable and offer good value. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all super friendly(speaking English) and helpful. The hotel is 100 meters from the very efficient subway system which we used to get to the historic centre and to and from dinner - as easiest to avoid trying to find a parking spot in town for the car (the hotel offers free parking). The hotel complex in the old FIAT factory includes a shopping mall, supermarket, the roof race track an art museum and a conference centre.

This hotel is a great option in Turin. Close to Porta Nuova train station and a 10 to 15 minute walk from the main attractions of Turin. The hotel is showing it's age a little bit but stay a very good value. The breakfast is awesome. The roof top deck and pool area doesn't open until June so keep that in mind if you're looking forward to rooftop cocktails (they should open the deck up early). Our second stay here. Overall a great spot to stay in Turin.

This is hotel really lives up to its 4 stars, and it’s such good value for money. It’s situated right next to the cathedral and is easy walking distance of everything. The architecture is stunning. The receptionist was charming, and made every effort to accommodate us, especially as my husband has a disability. Access and parking were easy. The rooms are well equipped with different glasses, cups, kettle, Lavazza coffee machine (this is Turin) , well stocked mini bar, fluffy towels, very comfy bed. The bar is pleasant and there is an atrium garden for when it’s warmer. Our dinner in the restaurant was interesting: it’s modern Italian cooking, but good and reasonably priced. If you want traditional Piedmontese food there is a square around the corner with multiple bars and restaurants. At our request the receptionist arranged a private car tour of Turin because my husband cannot walk very far. All done with efficiency and charm. We can’t rate this hotel highly enough.

I must admit I had my concerns. My first impression I had when I saw this place while booking it was that it is some kind of a youth hostel. Yet, I took the chance and booked it. I am glad I found this most welcoming hotel. This is a mixed facility. The first 4 floors are only for university students and the top 2 (5+6) are for hotel guests. The decoration is great, new and maintained greatly. They even installed a new decorative wall paper in our floor even that the walls were in a very good shape. The staff is great, both at the front desk and the Baristas at the open dining area. The lower ground of the hotel is amazing. It has laundry machines and dryers operated by a convenient app provided by the front desk. It has quiet learning area, a gym, cooking stations, table tennis, pool table and a large screen to project your movies. Breakfast is very basic, yet, the coffee is great. The rooms terraces face the interior yard in which students may gather and have some fun. Don't mistake, it is fun, not extra noise or anything like it.

Just finished up a 2-night visit at the hotel. One of the better stays I have had in awhile. Rooms are very quite spacious with 4+ meter high ceilings and a huge bathroom. The building itself is very cool and the location is literally inside the old Fiat factory just across from Eataly and the Green Pea mall. Staff are very friendly and good — esp Rosella at the reataurant! Breakfast has a large selection which is all of good quality. Coffee was of course very good! Little tricky to find the parking but its right off the circle as you enter the area from the long underground entrance road. Would definitely stay here again.

It is an old hotel with a little backward elegance and the keys in heavy boxes that you must leave in the hotel when you go out for a tour. The rooms are clean and spacious, staff is kind and available. The location is in the centre of the city, next to the most attractive attractions of Torino. The only neo is that if you come in the car you have to park in the side silos that costs well 24 euros/day. Despite the tram passing right below I have sleeped well, the rooms are well soundless. Breakfast is normal, with discrete choice of sweet and salty foods.The hotel has a Puglia/Piemonte tractor which we have not tried. I therefore have no too many claims but absolutely convenient to choose as a base for Torino.

Very nice hotel in a good location in the center of Turin. Nice rooms, well cleaned with nice decor. Fantastic staff who care about their customers. Want to mark a young guy at the front desk (I forgot to ask his name but it seems he is the only young guy at the front desk). He is very nice, social and has told us a lot about Turin and its sights and how we can reach them. Can highly recommend this hotel! If I come back to Turin, I'll stay here again.

This hotel is really cost-effective! The front desk service is very good, and every young lady is very polite and enthusiastic. The room is quite big and has a balcony. The bathroom is also very clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is very good, there is a tram stop just outside the door, and it is not far from the city center. The breakfast quality is also good. I left my luggage at the hotel for free on the day of check-out, and went back to pick it up at night, and the front desk was still very enthusiastic.

I'm a fan of NH collection group however this time was not impressed as usual. Staffs weren't really welcoming, maybe we were check-in quite late at around 10pm. The room wasn't as spacious as others hotels in the group and the view outside is awful. Also the sound proofing was terrible and we could hear a huge sound from the ceiling in the morning. However, the room is clean I will still choose the NH group but not this hotel when I travel to Turin next time.

This hotel is a great option in Turin. Close to Porta Nuova train station and a 10 to 15 minute walk from the main attractions of Turin. The hotel is showing it's age a little bit but stay a very good value. The breakfast is awesome. The roof top deck and pool area doesn't open until June so keep that in mind if you're looking forward to rooftop cocktails (they should open the deck up early). Our second stay here. Overall a great spot to stay in Turin.

It starts with a prime location right in the center. We were upgraded to a deluxe room. This one is large, modern, clean and tastefully decorated. Ho prenotato 2 notti in questo hotel per 183 euro, colazione inclusa. L'impatto appena arrivato non è stato molto positivo per alcune ragioni che provo a sintetizzare: - Reception: Appena arrivato, alla reception c'era un signore che mi ha solamente chiesto un documento e mi ha dato la chiave dicendo di scendere più tardi per riavere il documento. Non mi ha spiegato nulla sulla colazione e non ha aggiunto altro. La verità è che c'era il cambio turno, perché appena sceso c'era un'altra signora molto gentile che mi ha spiegato tutto sulla colazione e mi ha dato informazionituristiche. Non è stato un problema, ma non è molto professionale. - La stanza: La stanza era piccola, ma essendo da solo andava bene. Purtroppo però, era datata. C'erano lampade in tessuto ingiallite, muri riverniciati ma con un palese bisogno di ristrutturazione. La serratura della porta non funzionava bene. La manopola del lavandino si staccava se la si girava un po' di più. Il sapone in stanza era una micro boccetta più una bustina: mi è dovuto bastare per 2 notti ma per stare sicuri, consiglio di portarne un po'. Dotata di frigobar, anche questo vecchissimo è mezzo scassato, e di un climatizzatore che però non rinfrescava. - Colazione: La colazione viene servita nel seminterrato ed è continentale, devo dire abbastanza varia ma non sempre con prodotti freschi (come le albicocche sciroppate). Tutto sommato, la colazione è stato un fattore positivo. - Posizione: La posizione dell'hotel è a due passi a piedi dalla stazione di Porta Nuova, molto comoda anche per andare in centro a piedi. - Prezzo: come detto, 183 euro per due notti con colazione inclusa. Secondo me, considerando che la struttura è vecchia, il prezzo è un po' alto. Insomma, se cercate un punto di appoggio per un paio di notti va bene. Come viaggiatore solitario non avevo molte pretese. Certo però, il prezzo non corrisponde esattamente alla qualità della stanza e della struttura in generale. Per soggiorni più lunghi, onestamente, lo sconsiglio.
