Everything about the hotel was great. The staff did their best to speak English with us. The people at the front desk were cheerful as well as helpful. The room was clean and the atmosphere gave a homey feel. Breakfast was ordered the night before and picked up in the morning due to Covid protocals. We ate in our room. It was easy to find.

We've had the pleasure of staying here 7 times from July 2019 to this week (late May 2021). The staff, facilities, price, and comfort keep us coming back. We've enjoyed the hotel pre-pandemic and during the pandemic. Service has always been excellent and meeting safety standards. We've also enjoyed the gym and pool. During the pandemic, the gym and pool are open by reservations. Nous avons apprécié l'hôtel avant la pandémie et pendant la pandémie. Le service a toujours été excellent et conforme aux normes de sécurité. Nous avons également apprécié la salle de sport et la piscine. We comfortable room. Freshly renovated to modern day style. Very peaceful. We had room 27 which included a nice tv (not many channels and did not accept chromecast). Very happy with the instructions at reception. But I was not very happy on providing a piece of ID for both of us (something I sometimes forget, just so he can write both of our names down)...

We had an impromptu trip into Trois Rivieres to visit our son who was send there for work from Alberta. Did not know what to expect in the room but was pleasantly surprised with it size and comfort and with the sofa included came back to our room to talk. The only down side was the lacking of hot items on the breakfast selection and the taxes on the room (even the tourist tax has provincial taxes on it)
