This was our second holiday at Tarisa resort we enjoyed the first holiday very much, but this time was even better. The rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday linen and towels. I changed regularly. The staff are very attentive and go all out to please. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with plenty of time to sit back and relax whilst eating. The location is superb. Being right next to a beautiful sandy Beach. All the facilities are well maintained. The pool is crystal clear. There are plenty of sturdy comfortable sunbeds. As for the staff, nothing is too much trouble. The location of the resort is a handy bus ride to either grande bay or port Louis? Guests are mostly French but found a very friendly group of English people to chat to and share our holiday. In summary, we had a lovely holiday in a lovely location and hope to return again soon. IMHO This resort deserves more than the three star plus rating that it has earned.

The hotel was clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated, with a beautifully maintained garden. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, offering a personal touch that created a warm, family-like atmosphere. The food in the main restaurant was consistently delicious and prepared with fresh ingredients, though a slightly wider variety would have been welcome. The Indian restaurant, Tandoor, was outstanding, and the drinks at the bar were of excellent quality. The spa provided a relaxing and pleasant experience, while the gym could benefit from some modernization. The location was ideal – a stunning beach just a few steps away. The beach was clean, with soft sand and a gentle slope into the crystal-clear water. Overall, my stay left a truly positive impression. The beautiful surroundings, combined with the outstanding service, made me feel genuinely cared for – like royalty.

Service beyond expectations. Waiters made us feel special, especially when I asked for romantic dinner. They served lobster, good quality wine and gentleman’s service. Rooms are nice and clean, spa a little bit olsdschool but ok, entertaining activities and very helpful staff. Goshal keshaven ravi We enjoyed the ocean view.

Nothing but positive words for our amazing 8 night stay at tarissa and a special mention for general manager lobin who made my wife’s birthday memorable with a complimentary cake , waiters Vimal and Dipta as well - the food at both tandoor and indigo restaurants were great , our rooms were cleaned everyday , the DJ nights were fun and not noisy , the rooms had great views , the staff were friendly , no complaints at all actually . Overall a great experience. Memories for a lifetime.

A very wonderful stay at this hotel. Had gone to celebrate the birthday of our chachi with some friends. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A very special thanks to Mr Goshal and Mr Jean Pierre for their exceptional service with always a smile on their face. Lunch and dinner were delicious with a variety of selection. The dj was too good Had a blast on the dance floor.

Hotel very nice. welcoming was very nice. Room was spacious and always clean. As we were honeymoon, it was a right choice. Food was delicious, especially for indian. The hotel is just infront of the best beach of mauritius. Very beautiful place and very clean. staff are accommodating especially the hotel manager, he is one of the best.

Recently returned from this wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were so well looked after by the kind and courteous staff.special thanks to Kamal,JC,JP,Ripon,Goshal,Lobeen,Akash,Kesaven, Ravi, Mary Jane on reception, and our room cleaner Vinere. I think that’s how you spell his name. We suffered a family bereavement whilst we were there and without these guys looking out for us things could have been a lot harder for us. The whole hotel and pool area very well looked after. Food variety excellent, something for everyone but could have been hotter on occasions. Prakash, the omelette man, always greeted us every morning with a smile We ventured out using public buses which stopped close to the hotel. We popped into Grande baie and also Troux au biches. Very cheap to explore the coastline. The South Island tour is a must. A great day out and worth the money. One of our weeks was room only so we went next door mystic hotel for a few meals. Excellent value for money. When we visit Mauritius again we will definitely stay at Tarisa
