Motel 6 Troutdale, or - Portland East

Air conditioning was blowing mostly hot air. Other than that it was a solid stay. Close to the highway!

This place does not have air conditioning, but the room is really cool. Staff is great there and parking is amazing.

Room was dirty, food/drinks all over the desk, hair and dirt all over the shower, no air conditioner.

Had NO internet. Broken stuff in room. Forced to move rooms because of terrible employee communication. Forgot items in room and was unable to get them. Called front desk and was abruptly hung up on. Staff harassed us multiple times to move out of room so they could clean a room that was supposedly going to get 'fixed'. We were never made aware of any of this before we checked into room. I am going to be in contact with corporate. Very unprofessional. Ive spent a lot of money at this establishment. Inwould not recommend this motel to anyone.

Front desk lady: very nice and made check-in easy. I had to ask her for cleaning spray to scrub down the dirty shower in my room and I offered to do myself since she was only staff. She gave me spray and towels. The room: Dirty, very dirty. Floors appeared not swept, bathroom smelt of urine, shower had mildew build up on floor which came off with cleaner, sink was dirty, there was a white dried up substance on desk, desk chair, curtain. Bedding seemed clean, towels seemed clean. But room I was not impressed at all.

Room smells smoky, ( I don’t smoke, so it’s different for me).I didn’t know if that’s their standard

AC/Heater fan is non stop running and is very loud, limited water installed, door and windows isn't closing enough......

No one came to take out the trash or ask if we need any towels or anything but in all tgey were great

Checked in at 10:00. Room was cold. Turn the heater on and a note said that it would take half an hour to heat up the room. Got in bed with sweats. Room never heated up all night. They said they were sorry. Shower was awesome though! That's one way to warm up! The room would have been great if it was warm.
