Eric is my server today such a helpful lad , and another server Eric senior always in assists and very approachable , they are best server ever. Lovely breakfast experience , a good start for a sunny morning 04/04/2024 duty manager Shiella and Chef Mo . Thank you so much guys

Enjoyed a good night of rest.the whole experience was very good. Plenty of parking opportunities close by. Easy check in and the room was much better and bigger than expected given the sub£60 price, it was a plus room and worth it . We will be staying here again as a base for trips around. Exceeded expectations. Thanks for the stay.

Standard Premier Inn with in-house restaurant, and plenty of places to choose from for meals right outside the door. For some reason this Hotel requires guests to tell Reception on check-in that they would like their room serviced each morning, but they don’t tell guests that checking in! In addition it seems that you have to leave a “Please make up my room” tag on the door each morning. I was only there a couple of nights so it wasn’t an issue. Otherwise good food with a gluten-free menu, friendly staff, already planning a return visit for business. Parking is in the complex of restaurants etc. so that can get busy.

I stayed at this hotel as part of a meet up with friends and colleagues to celebrate exam success. The hotel was clean and staff helpful. My room which faced onto the road and car park was clean, quiet and bright.

Just a fantastic stay. I can't think when I last had a welcome note from the staff with chocolates too. Nothing was a problem, and we chose to eat in for dinner because the staff were interactive and keen to give their all to make us enjoy our stay. Huge thanks to Kayleigh, Sarah and Albert. WE'LL BE BACK

This is 2nd time visit this premier Inn. The servcie is outstanding from this hotel. Everyone is sooo friendly and nice. Nice touch with the note in the room and lovely complementary water at check in. Room is clean and spacious. Lots of option for eating in for dinner. Breakfast is very tasty.

Everything was as expected with a Premier Inn hotel, room clean and comfortable. However they really did go the extra mile, on arrival complimentary bottle of water, check in staff were really welcoming and made a real effort to have a conversation. In the room we had chocolates which was a really nice touch. The most friendly premier inn I’ve ever stayed in ☺️

Really friendly staff . It was in a very good location . Nice and clean and quiet. My husband has food allergies and the chef and resteraunt staff were very knowledgeable and helpful breakfast very enjoyable and good choice even gluten free
