I tend to choose 4* and above hotels, so I don't stay in Premier Inns often. We live local to this hotel and stayed because of the hot weather. Some of the previous reviews made me worry a little about what to expect - I say ignore them! This is a lovely little Premier Inn. It is above the restaurants, so the ground floor entrance is functional rather than welcoming, as is the reception area - self check in screens and maybe one member of staff about. The room was shades of beige, but clean and tidy and the beds were SO comfortable - we slept like logs, especially with the air con. Plenty of tea and coffee to keep me happy. Breakfast in the morning was good, plenty of drinks, option of hot food and bread / cereals. There were locals coming in just for breakfast. We had a family member meet us for breakfast and staff made her feel very welcome. The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming, even in the heatwave. We left very impressed and my children want to come again! Thank you for looking after us :)
