Rooms were clean, amenities were great! Very welcoming staff abs great breakfast!

The room was clean and the property in general in great shape. The shower was not clean, bed sheets were low quality and not staying on the bed. The biggest disappointment was the lack of selection on the breakfast menu. It was all fine, but not any nicer than other lower rated and less expensive hotels in the immediate area.

The room was clean and the staff was polite and professional. The breakfast was great with a wide variey of foods.

We love the suite concept with kitchenette - very convenient to have separate spaces for people to hang out or sleep in. Room is filled with a lot of useful moveable furniture so you can set up what you need. Will look for this chain while traveling.

Other than the check in clerk, the manager and other staff were great. Check in clerk needs to not be in customer service. will stay again if I never have to deal with him.

The morning after the first night of our stay, a woman staff member barged into our room at 9:40 am while I was sleeping. She yells "hello?!" we don't have a record of anyone in this room! We need to know who's in here!" What in the world?! The television was customized and literally said our last name. Additionally we'd had a couple interactions with the staff the night before. I had to go to the front desk since one of our keys wasn't working and later we went to the lobby and charged a couple of snacks to our room. Regarding the outrageous staff member, I told her our last name and she ran out of the room. I am still mind-boggled that an employee 1.didn't know who was in the room and 2. came to the conclusion they should run into the room and completely infringe on the privacy of a hotel guest that had a DND sign on the door. Additionally, I was so jet-lagged from travel the night before, I just wanted to sleep. Absolutely horrid experience and violation of privacy.

This was our second time staying here & once again we left their establishment with ease. The staff made sure to fulfill all of our needs......the man that checked us in was extremely nice and checked us in with absolutely no hiccups &/or delays, the housekeeper made sure to stay ontop of any necessary toiletry item/items that we had requested, and to top it all off their breakfast selections were delightful. We will always make this hotel is the first place we make any future reservations with when visiting.

Recently stayed at home2 suites in Troy, Ohio and and it was a very nice hotel. The room was clean & spacious. A major plus having a kitchenette when having kids. The staff was amazing & made us feel very welcome. Very nice pool and sitting area outside.

Great spot, with very good amenities next door or within walking distance
