It's great to find such a nice hotel in a small city. The surroundings are beautiful, but unfortunately, we had to rush home early that day for something urgent, so we didn't have time to explore. We'll definitely come back to visit again and stay here next time. You can see the Hudson River from the hotel room.

Very good stay! The hotel is well equipped. The staff is lovely and helpful. The location near the river with a large car park allows to walk to Troy city centre in 5 minutes.

Excellent service! 👍 We arrived at 11:30 AM in the pouring rain and were given a room. We were also upgraded to a river view room. The hotel is in a great location, perfect for walking and running along the river. The BBQ restaurant not far from the hotel had a long line even on rainy days, and the food was good and reasonably priced.

Very bad random deductions, breakfast was included in the booking, and I confirmed with the hotel staff when I used the breakfast. The other party also said that although the receipt was printed, no money would be deducted. After checking out, the breakfast fee was directly deducted from my debit account. After asking, they said they would refund the money, but when I asked again about the refund progress, the system replied that I had not refunded the money, and the platform had not processed it. They said that the other party had already started the refund and asked me to wait. It's really terrible. Who has time to keep watching.

The downside is that there are really few Chinese restaurants in Troy. If you live in Albany, it is more convenient to appease the little girl's Chinese stomach without running back and forth...

In consequence, my families were suffering from breathing difficulty and chest congestion. Because of the intensive fumes of ****!!!!! It was terrible.
