I scheduled my trip on 15th of September 2023. Unfortunately the region was completely destroyed by storm Daniel. I called in order to ask for a voucher with 1 year duration. They refused and they told me that the hotel was working fine!!! I cancelled my trip, because the region was blocked by authorities due to diseases and destroyed infrastructure and asked my money back, based on "Booking's" cancellation policy due to emergency, which overwrites any other hotel’s policy. The owners of the hotel behaved completely unprofessionally, they refused to return the money and the lied from the beginning of the communication. The case has been forwarded to relevant Public Authorities. It’s a disgrace for Greek tourism and hospitality.
