It is conveniently located just outside Tsuchiura Station! Although the room is not big, it is very clean and comfortable. The price is very affordable in Japan and a simple breakfast is provided. It is a very cost-effective business hotel. If I have to say something wrong, the pillow is a bit high for me, which is suitable for people who like to sleep soundly. The air conditioner is located in the direction of my head! Everything else is fine!

I like it. It was comfortable and quiet. It was convenient because there were convenience stores right in front and there was a subway station.

It was cold at night and I couldn't sleep well, so I will never stay here again. I turned up the air conditioner temperature, but the room didn't get warm at all, perhaps because of how it was controlled.

It was close to the station and there was someone who spoke Korean, so check-in was easy. You can also use the bathhouse and have breakfast, so it was a great value for the price.

I wasn't sure where the parking lot was, so I decided to park in the municipal parking lot at first. The front desk told me that I could park in the parking lot in front of the hotel, so I parked there instead. The room was well-cleaned, but unfortunately there was a stain on the lace curtains. It would have been nice if there was a change machine in the coin laundry. You need about four 100 yen coins, so when I bought detergent for 60 yen for 500 yen, I was asked if I had 100 yen. Breakfast was buffet style, but the air conditioning was working well, so the food cooled down quickly after it was served. The large public bath was clean and comfortable. I thought it would be more convenient if there was a place to put unused bath towels.

I stayed in Tsuchiura for a memorial service with my mother. The photos on the internet looked nice, but in reality, the hotel was under renovation, and there was a pile of rubbish next to it that I didn't want to see. Chairs and all that. Also, the window of the room on the 7th floor that I stayed in had an opaque film on it, so I couldn't see outside at all. I couldn't open the window. It was a room that was fine if you just wanted to sleep. Breakfast was included, but only bread. And it wasn't anything special. The only side dishes were sausages and German potatoes. Soup. Soft drinks and coffee. I thought it was bad. I think it would be better if they were more creative with the breakfast. There are several hotels in the area, and I wish I had stayed at one of them.

Very good service for the price

It is close to the station and has breakfast coffee and toast service. There are also juices and soups. The hotel is a little old building. There are many smoking floors, which may be nice for smokers, but I wouldn't recommend it to people who don't like the smell of cigarettes. This time I stayed in a room on the 2nd floor. Birds were singing loudly at night, maybe the tree near the room is where they sleep.

The elevator smelled like cigarettes, but other than that it was a great stay.
