Hotel Nikko Tsukuba ★★★★
"The room is very spacious, much larger than expected. Although it is in the annex, it is very convenient. After getting off the bus, you can take the elevator to the second floor of the main building at Tsukuba Center, and then take the elevator/stairs down to the first floor to check in. There is a reminder to recycle toothbrushes inside. It is worthy of being Japan, environmentally friendly♻️ The sunken square next to the door is also quite design-oriented. There are very few people."
KAMENOI HOTEL TSUKUBASAN ★★★★
"Staff at the counter are politely & helpful Food is delicious and fresh Room is clean and tidy"
Daiwa Roynet Hotel Tsukuba ★★★
"Next to the subway station and bus station, there are many places to eat around the door, very convenient"
Hotel JAL City Tsukuba ★★★★
"There is a park next to it, and the environment is very good. The room is large and clean. However, the facilities are old and not user-friendly. The transportation is inconvenient, and it takes at least ten minutes to walk to the bus or subway. There are no restaurants around, and life is not convenient. A breakfast of 100 yuan is not worth it"
Hotel Bestland ★★★
"Nice hotel and big also. With bath tub. Good size for family stay"
Tsukubasan Hotel Aokiya ★★★
"This was so wonderful and a truly special memory of our trip to Japan. First up - if you have tattoos, you cannot use the public Onsen, however they have limited rooms with open air baths, so you experience the hot spring privately - this is what we did and it was so good! They will provide yukatas, strongly recommend wearing them, if unsure how to wear correctly, please go to reception and ask politely if they can show you how to wear them. The food was delicious!! 90% seafood, so if allergic or picky, please ensure you let them know ahead of arrival! It felt like we saw "real" Japan. Everyone was so friendly and helpful despite the language barrier issues, honestly wish i could stay there every night! If we visit Japan again, this is a must visit for us! Truly loved every moment here!"
Hotel Mark-1 Tsukuba ★★★
"It's been renovated. It's pretty good. It's better than before. The TV has also been replaced. It's very comfortable to stay and the bath water is very good Sound insulation is also good"
Tabist Tsukuba Sky Hotel ★★★
"Room is good and okay for the price. It is worth it if you look for low budget hotel"

Tsukubasan Keisei Hotel
"The room is very large, with views of Mount Tsukuba and the city in the distance. There's a hot spring downstairs, or you can soak in the water in your room – the hot spring water comes from downstairs!"
Hotel Route Tsukuba
"Perfect place to stay. big room and friendly staff."
Hotel Tsukuba Hills Gakuen-Odori
"This hotel is so terrible it should be out of business. The sauna and large public bath are for men only, and the management is discriminatory against women. I thought it would be okay to use the bath in my room, but when I tried to take a bath, it was so small I had to sit cross-legged to get in. They advertised free curry with weekday dinner, but in reality it had no toppings and was just a plain curry sauce. The pillows in the room also smelled like the oily smell of middle-aged men. Everything about this hotel is so terrible it shouldn't be allowed to continue operating as a hotel. I want a refund."
Hotel Tsukuba Hills Umezono
"It's good. You can store your luggage after check-out."
Hotel New Takahashi Kouyadai
"Amazing."
Tsukuba Daily Inn
"I used it after the concert at Nova Hall near Tsukuba Station. Drive from Koshigaya and 1 time 30 minutes without using high speed. I was not confident in driving in the dark on the way back and decided to stay 1. Although it is a little far from the station, there is a free bicycle rental, so the room rate is as cheap as 5000 yen (Saturday), and it was a great answer to decide on this one with good reviews on other sites. Parking is large and free. The reception staff was also polite and pleasant. You can always drink coffee for free in the dining room. Breakfast was small in number, but it was enough for me with salad and roll bread juice soup coffee. I felt old in the room on the 2 floor of the old building, but it was clean and there was a yukata, so it was good to stay at this price."
