Worst hotel ever. Staff is as bas as it gets, no consideration at all for the customer. Don't expect to be treated as a human being while dealing with Golden Coto hotel, you are warned

Location couldn’t be better. The hotel is new and spacious with great daily housekeeping. The bathroom was a little different with a bathtub and shower combo, but overall it was comfortable. The receptionist was incredibly sweet!

I can’t say enough about the professionalism of the hotel staff. The bellboy had a knack for making you laugh, and the receptionist maintained a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. Housekeeping was thorough and never missed a beat, always providing fresh towels and essentials. I felt so comfortable!

Had an amazing stay here! Super clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. It's in the heart of everything, so I didn’t have to go far to explore. Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Europe!
