Outstanding service by the hotel. The location of this hotel is really good and it’s close by to all the main attractions. It’s in the city center as well. Staff is extremely helpful! We were allowed to keep our luggages after we checked out. We booked the wrong date for the sleeper bus and we had a flight booked as well, we almost missed but thanks to the brilliant service of the hotel manager Long he called the bus station changed the dates and even offered to drop us to the station in his personal vehicle. 100% recommended!

I thought this was great for what we initially expected in the area. Lots of shops, ATMs Markets and places to eat. Also the pharmacy across the road had what we needed. Would recommend for people to stay. Really dark room too! Would stay here again

Comfortable. Conscientious. Clean. Safe. Convenient. If you are needing a convenient lication within 20 minutes from the center of the city but without the noise and croud, this is it. Staff are warm, genuine, conscientious, speak English and helpful.

The location is very near the Plaza of Sapa. The room is nice, big, and clean. They also have hot and cold water for shower. They also have two elevators to carry their visitors. The market, restaurant, atm machine arejust a walk away in the hotel.

Located close to restraints, atm, drug store and places of interest, we loved our stay here. The staff were exceptionally helpful and did everything they could to make us welcome. We were offered showers after returning from a day tour even though we had checked out and if we were ever waiting in the lobby, we always had a cup of cinnamon tea offered. The rooms are clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. I can highly recommend a stay in this hotel.

100% recommended. Very clean and well located. It has a massage parlor downstairs, at a good price. The owner is very friendly and helps you with everything you need. You can leave your luggage without problems on the day of check out. Furthermore, we arrived at dawn and they opened for us without problems.

Best place to stay in Sapa!!! Great breakfast, very clean ,close to the center, the bus and market.. all the staff and the owner are great people, they help you about everything!!! They have everything you need, algo cheap good massage! Great value for the money!!!

A good and comfortable hotel for you to live when you visit Sapa City. The staffs members are friendly, especially they have a good Heaven Massage with multiple choices for body, head and shoulders and the best Red Zao Trible’s herbal bath. The room is so clean and comfortable

We stayed in this hotel for a quick night as we had a two day tour the next day. They were so kind to let us store our luggage for two days, and when we came back we were all offered a shower while they even cleaned our shoes which were very dirty from the hikes.

Excellent staff, very attentive and helpful. Great location, right by the market and short stroll to the centre. Nice big rooms and choice of warm freshly made food at the breakfast. The owner and all his staff are lovely and will make extra effort to help you with anything you need.

Great overall service, comfortable beds, breakfast was delicious and had no trouble checking in or out. Definitely worth booking as it’s listed as a 3 star hotel but definitely exceeds this rating 🤙🤙🤙

Wonderful staff and lovely service, thoroughly enjoyed our time staying here. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and organised. Discount massages too for hotel guests which was very nice too!

Hotel owner was very friendly. Gave us freshing home brewed cinnamon tea. Morning buffet breakfast included Pho Ga and Pho Bo. Room is spacious with mountain view from my window. Basic room amenities supplied. Engaged the in-house massage service with guest's discount! And the massage was fantastic!!
