Very accomodating approachable and welcoming

The room is dirty. And there is a rat rooming our room. Our pasalubong was eaten by the rat. As we are sleeping the rat keeps on rooming that made our night so ridiculous. This hotel is not recommendable.

Location is great! Owners are acocomodating. The hotel needs a bit of improvement but over all stay was good.

Good Hotel

Our room was very dirty, the beddings were not changed, the hotel smelled of mold, it looked old, there was hot and cold water, the light was off when you were taking a shower, useless, 0 stars to the hotel for me.. location wise, walking distance to attractions including Sapa station. I don't recommend it, please if you don't want to ruin your vacation, go somewhere else..
