The room is dirty. And there is a rat rooming our room. Our pasalubong was eaten by the rat. As we are sleeping the rat keeps on rooming that made our night so ridiculous. This hotel is not recommendable.

Location is great! Owners are acocomodating. The hotel needs a bit of improvement but over all stay was good.

This property is a family-run hotel, so guests should not expect the level of service typically found at chain hotels with dedicated departments. Location is a major advantage — the hotel is situated in the center of Sapa, within walking distance to SunWorld Fansipan Legend, making it convenient for sightseeing. Accommodation and Facilities: The facilities are basic and reflect the nature of a budget or mid-range guesthouse. Rooms are equipped with physical keys, and electricity is activated via a plastic key insert. Soundproofing is minimal, and room construction is modest, with noticeable gaps above doors and large interior windows that may affect privacy. The hotel lacks an intercom system and, assistance is provided by family members. Guests need to use their personal phones to contact the owners if support is needed. Dining: The breakfast offering is limited and home-cooked, as the hotel does not employ a professional chef. This may not meet the expectations of travelers looking for a more standardized hotel dining experience. Maintenance and Condition: Furniture and room amenities appear dated, with some fixtures squeaky or partially functional. While basic repairs are made, the overall maintenance standard could be improved to meet modern hospitality expectations. Overall: While the price is competitive for the location, guests should be aware that the experience is closer to a guesthouse or budget homestay than a professionally operated hotel.

Our room was very dirty, the beddings were not changed, the hotel smelled of mold, it looked old, there was hot and cold water, the light was off when you were taking a shower, useless, 0 stars to the hotel for me.. location wise, walking distance to attractions including Sapa station. I don't recommend it, please if you don't want to ruin your vacation, go somewhere else..

Stayed here for 2 and a half nights. The worst hotel we have ever stayed at. As we arrived 2am from a long old journey we were just happy to see a bed. Not knowing they put us on the 5th floor which just being fully demolished currently. When I have done the booking they never made us aware of the circumstances. Being woken up every single day by the noise, hammering, slamming doors all day and night The room wasn't properly clean. There were thick dust in the wardrobe shelves, thick dust on the mirror, the floor was not cleaned for sure before our arrival. To the bathroom entrance, there was a little pink towel covered in filth. Not at all changed throughout our stay. On our last day we arrived back to the room for a rest, and there it was a cockroach running through the room. The photos on the website is nothing what it really was. I liked the quirky look and thats why i booked it. The place would have so much more potentials if they paid more attention to cleanliness. Its not far from the center, therefore anyone would have a better chance for a good night sleep without the added noise from the karaoke bars nearby. We used the laundry service which I couldn't fault. We booked a room with a city view which actually was a window to the corridor.
