This is my second time at this place, one of a very few hotels that employ people of ethnic minority groups in Sapa. Great location and flexible services

I really liked this place, there is a lot of mucking about tho with the pods some power outlets work some don’t and I moved 3 times due to it being a bit underprepared for Chinese New Year being so busy. "Only the owner really speaks English so it’s hard to get service from anyone else there, but he tries really hard. He is a hard worker, you can tell. He went out of his way to help. I would stay again, it's really good for the price and when not so busy, I think you would have a good experience."

Very good service by the hotel staff. The hotel stafff, Mr Cap brought me around to places of interest at a minimal fee. very friendly and helpful.

The owner is a great guy. Responsive! Communicative. But! The girl who checked us in was terrible! She openly showed her dissatisfaction. Apparently the male owner had gone out on business and asked her to look after the hotel. And she had to accommodate several people. And she even made a face like this: 😫 when we said that we had also come to move in. She showed everything to hell both that day and in the evening and very early in the morning she talked on the phone just SCREAMING at the whole hotel. She was just screaming. Although it is written everywhere: keep quiet. How to sleep? How to relax? If some girl yells. Like hysterical. Horror. Owner, tell this friend how to behave with tourists and guests. This girl made our hotel stay impossible(
Even a group of tourists who listened to music loudly at the appropriate time was not so disturbing. They didn't scream so disgustingly.
Please forgive me, owner, for the low ratings, but the girl ruined this night.
