The front desk clerk Enid was great. The problem was the room. It was very cold even when the heater is at its highest because of the draft coming in from the door. I was with my 90 year old mother and sister. My mother was so cold we had to go home. We booked a room there because we have no water because our pipes were frozen from the storm.

It was very good for the rate we paid. The room was small, but very clean. The water pressure in the shower and sink were very good as well.

Cleanliness is my main concern about this place. The bed sheet has a lot of pilling. I can see hairs in bed and in towels. Other things are acceptable.

There was clumps of long hair in out beds. The curb outside should be painted a little brighter. I fell and slammed up against the building. We only had one towel in our room for 3 people, Office staff was really helpful and had a sense of humor. They were great. Dogs barking all night kept my son awake so we didn't get a restful sleep.

Did not get much sleep because apparently guest in the room next to mine was a little to friendly with another woman so his girlfriend decided to slam doors and keep the rest of the guests awake by screaming at him until 3am. Service was excellent guy at the front desk is awesome and room was clean.
