Another crap product sold on the crap trip.com platform, cruise last 40 minutes out of 24hrs 20 minutes to a boring cave, no kayak as mention and continuous low quality food!!! Buyers beware!

We really enjoyed this cruise. The transfer from Hanoi was on a very comfortable bus with spacious seats. The ride to Halong took four hours. The ship itself is new, with a very nice, stylish renovation. The bathroom with a panoramic window deserves special mention. The food was delicious. In the evening, we had dinner on the upper deck with live local music. A big thank you to the cruise crew for a wonderful time.

Everything was wonderful: friendly staff, a new ship, beautiful rooms with panoramic windows, especially the one in the bathroom. Delicious food. Guides accompanied us on all excursions, and we really enjoyed the kayaking. Everything was organized to a high standard here, I highly recommend it.
