Our cruise was very lovely and the staff especially our tour manager Harry was exceptional. The food on the boat was very high quality especially the set menu for dinner. The views were amazing and the expeditions were lots of fun. I do have these concerns - on trip.com it states drinks and snacks are included on the cruise, this is misleading. This refers to one mocktail 250ml drink, and a bit of potato chips. Do not expect free drinks like water or soda or even just coolaid to be free to drink - you have to pay for everything. There is filtered water that you have to refill yourself at the back of the boat but this was a bit dodgy if you ask me. Breakfast and lunch was also good - not extravagant but hearty. There are also some hidden costs here and there where you have to pay extra for this tour or extra for that, which I whish was just all inclusive because I don't want to be bothered by paying for more things when on a trip.

The Arcady Boutique Cruise lives up to its name for the most part. The service is exceptional, the rooms comfortable and the locations around Ha Long Bay are as good as they look in the pictures. Our visit was a winter visit and thus no swimming for us. The views from the boat, the short walks into caves, the viewing platforms and the kayaking opportunities made up for the cooler temperatures. Meals were mostly excellent (breakfast was so/so) and we were definitely not left hungry! The cocktail menu is vast and the prices are cheap (they even have happy hour). Definitely one for the bucket list!

Все отлично , еда вкусная, развлекали, если день рождение, то подарят торт ! Корабль отличный хотя по внешнему виду не первой свежести. Номера чистые , уютные , есть балкон ! Но если вы как и мы плохо понимаете по английски , то держите ухо востро , лучше вначале сфотографировать план со временем, будет стоять на столе ! Будить вас ни будут и вы можете проспать экскурсию , у нас был такой случай когда плавали ! Так что ставьте будильник и вперед ) А как все очень понравилось , рекомендую !

Over-rated They took our food alergies but did nothing with it nor did they make any alterations or amendments to accommodate the lack of food options for those who could not eat from their regular menu. I am alergic to seafood and half their options included seafood. The buffet lunch was fine but the set dinner menu had 60% seafood. Employees on board were kind and courteous and were one of the bright sides on the cruise however for an overnight cruise they lack fun activities to keep you entertained in the evening. If youre looking for a quiet and reserved getaway then this is it. The rooms and boat itself was decent but Ha Long Bay, the star of the show needs to be cleaned up... BADLY!!. Was in total shock and saddened by how filthy it was. Styrofoam, plastic bottles, desiel fuel and junk is floating evwrywhere. Have fun swimming if you like. 👎 Dont get me wrong, scenery is stunning even on a gloomy day; we had a lil rain and fog but the its saddening to see such a beautful place being destroyed.

The boat is a mid range cruise nothing fancy but still clean and comfortable. The itinerary itself follows the same as every other boat doing these tours. It’s really only 3 activities in 2 days. The 2nd day is a 30 min kayak and then you spend all morning on the boat and waiting at the dock for the return. If you really want to explore Halong bay I wouldn’t recommend this. Also drinks on board are super expensive!
