The five-star cruise in Halong Bay is excellent. I booked it directly after seeing the available reservations on Ctrip, and subsequent communication was also very convenient! It was a very good experience, and the service was also very good. From boarding to disembarking, the arrival and departure of luggage were arranged, so I didn't have to drag my own luggage the entire time. When I checked in, they confirmed my name, assigned me a room, and gave me a room card. Upon arrival at the cruise, there was a welcome ceremony by the staff, who explained the schedule and itinerary one by one. Food, drinks, and other sightseeing and boating activities were all included in the fee, except for some items that required extra expenses, which were explained to you in advance. Overall, it was excellent! It would be more comfortable to choose a room with a balcony, so I could sit outside and watch the boat sail by, which was perfect for a relaxing vacation! Recommended!
