Very nice. They sent us the two-day, one-night plan by email, which included kayaking, a cooking workshop, trekking on Ti Top Island and a visit to a cave. They also organised our round-trip transport. The guide Dung was very friendly and always willing to help us. I recommend him.

It was just us, so they decided to change boats to a smaller one. The boat is good, as is the food, but the treatment is very basic, our guide completely ignored us. In the cooking class he was serious and bored, and he didn't even suggest the evening activities that were scheduled. Instead he put on his pajamas, said see you tomorrow and left. The next day the same. A shame.

Very friendly staff who are very involved in the shore excursions, canoeing, Tito Island and cave visits. Very good food on board, good English speakers. Nice to have, highly recommended!

Excellent service on shore and at sea. Food was decent, a bounty of options and they accommodated my vegetarian diet nicely. Bus transfers from Hanoi very well-managed. Staterooms are comfortable but basic and dated. This is a budget-friendly tour and I was personally happy, but by no means is this a luxury cruise or an high-end experience. The beach and cave excursions had painfully long queues, so I waited by the boat docks for my group to return. The setting is incomparable but under incredible assault from excessive tourism. I counted 37 overnight ships in the bay where we anchored an equal number of day boats and visitors. Plastic garbage floating everywhere, shorelines strewn with rubbish that has washed ashore. A bittersweet experience. Go for it, just temper your expectations.
