Comfortable room with all the necessities working fine. Great management and staff, very friendly and helpful. (They even recommended the local opera company- wonderful rendition of Debussy's "L'Enfant Prodigue"!) Well located for U of Arizona and the rest of central Tucson. Standard, cold, breakfast- but generously served. Very well-priced considering other accomodations in the area.

This place was so good and walking distance to Downtown Tucson. Will definitely be back!

Pros: the room was clean and updated and the staff was friendly and helped us check in early. The location is walkable to the University of Arizona. Cons: the neighborhood is sketchy.

Clean Room was spacious, The staff including the owner were very hospitable and nice. We enjoyed our stay. We will go again at this place for sure in future and I highly recommend it.

Let’s get down to it. The University Inn sits across from a public park that consists of homeless folks with a wide range of issues. The hotel makes a point for this not to be an issue. The staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Great Cuban restaurant across the street and plenty of coffee within walking distance. Also the cost of the room is good also

This was a gem of a find, clean rooms, friendly and engaging staff, parking right outside our room, everything worked as it should. Very reasonably priced. We booked a one-night stay before doing a tour at U of A and were delighted with our experience here. Will be back for sure and would highly recommend it.

Room was clean . Check in fast. Decent breakfast. Able to watch the game in their lounge area. Good vibes overall
