We want to room and it was smile like bathroom we left and stay in another hotel,not recommended

We spent one night before visiting Saguaro NP. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. The TV service was OK and could be improved. Unfortunately, some folks chatted loudly after quiet hours and we had to ask the manager to mute them to get sleep. The front desk was responsive and friendly.

The service was amazing and the room was nice. The only down side was the shower would whistle loudly while you used it.

Very Comfy beds and pillows . I liked that there wasn’t carpet , the room was clean.
Very thin walls could hear fights upstairs and snoring next door .
The area isn’t great and it is dangerous and difficult to get out of the parking lot out onto the street because of high traffic, Impossible to make a left turn .

The people at the desk were great. Dining is limited, You can sometimes really hear the trains. Place was very clean, parking safe and secure.

Super friendly staff made it super easy for our check in to happen. They did seem overbooked the weekend we were there (for Tour de Tucson) so we got a different room. Great central location for all of Tucson!
