Was disappointed I didn’t get the room I reserved, the deposit for the one night was ridiculous at $100. The front desk person was not very helpful when my room was wrong. Bedding made my daughter very itchy, sofa was like plastic, closet was broken, breakfast was not good at all.

I enjoyed the King suite with the fireplace. Very relaxing and I also loved having a kitchen.

Room needs renovated
Table unsteady.and cracked the lemgth of the table im two differemt places.
Barhroom sink slow to draim.
Shower eall cracked and sliperey.

There was some goofy ozone/air cleaner running when we got the room. The soap in the shower was all gone. Some maintenance items with electrical and such. It seems they have staff but cannot keep up on the maintenance.

Room smelled musty. Went to make coffee in the room because we missed the continental breakfast and the inside of the coffee maker looked like it has never been cleaned. GROSS! Stove top was dirty. Hot water in the shower ran out very quickly. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Not a good stay. I’ll be sticking with the Hilton on Broadway from now on.

An older place but nice. Set up kind of like an apartment. Small kitchen/bar area with full sized fridge and stove/oven. Good sized room with sofa bed and king bed. TV was super small but okay for a couple days. Everything was nice, worked great, just not new.

Had to be moved three times. The first two rooms had doors that would not lock.

Check in service was prompt and friendly. Overall, good experience. The room had an odd odor, could not determine what it was. Carpet had multiple stains otherwise, cleanliness was very good.
