The hotel is good Breakfast average Room ok

I had a good stay overall. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. It was a pleasant and easy stay.

The pool area is beautiful! The furniture, Decor, beds and linens are all 5 star! The AC broke in my room and they did move me the next day, but didn’t offer or do anything for the problem. The new room was nice though and I’ll know not to stay in the side units.

It is a lovely hotel.Enjoy very much , including the breakfast room. A note for maintenance, we were in room 298 and we could not turn the shower off so that we could use the tub.

Positive: Room was clean. Staff was very nice. Negative: long walk and stairs only (no elevator) to get to the rooms at the back of the hotel. Tv did not work. A/C was having a hard time keeping the room in cold temperature (we stayed at the hotel during spring).

This is a very nice hotel. The location is great to see the downtown and also has good access to the freeways. The property is huge with green spaces, lovely pool. We did have a problem with our check in. I mentioned that we had breakfast included, but we weren’t given the coupons, so had to pay the first day. When I told the staff, they quickly corrected the error. Most of the staff in the restaurant were pleasant, except for one of the waitresses, who actually served us two mornings in a row, and was very annoyed that we made a couple of requests, which she totally ignored or seemed annoyed with us. She would give everyone around us coffee, but deliberately not serve us.So we got two cups To go from the hostess at the front desk when we left.

We were in room 118 and the gate attached to the outer wall slammed so loudly the entire time. Sometimes it sounded like thunder, others a gong and the loudest was a trash truck dumping a dumpster. We could hear it over the tv and it woke me up several times. The food at the Javelina Cantina was not good. Everything else was very good.

Pool/Hot tub were spotless and very nice! Room was well equipped and very clean and staff helpful. Good location too.
