Very unsafe, check in is at 4pm no exceptions?

Property under renovation. One working light in the bedroom but no way to turn it off. I used a pillow. Killed 6 bugs. Maybe 7. Lost count. Curtains were cut (ripped?) to fit around an ac unit. AC unit worked, which was nice. Trash left in room from someone else. Generally dirty and old except for a partially renovated wall. Smelled like cigarettes. Hot water was more like not cold. Maybe it will improve, but at the moment it's pretty bad.

Hated my stay there,had the rudest staff I've ever had to deal with in my life,since I arrived felt unaccepted

Disgusting roaches every where looked like a trap house every thing broken left within 5 minutes do not recommend. Do not let the google pics fool you its beyond trash

Staff is extremely rude, stating that he couldnt find our reservation. Wanted to "allow" us to get a room for $60 Cash. After i said ABSOLUTELY not... Because my $170 reservation plus $60 cash would be equivalent to staying at a decent hotel that i might as well call and cancel my charge. He "FOUND" our reservation. I will NEVER book here again.

Lack of adequate rooms, bad area, and overall felt unsafe. Rooms are miss advertised and location looks nothing like the photos.

Didn't even make it to my room. Just disgusting at every stage. Would not recommend staying here at all

the worst hotel I ever experienced in my life. This hotel should not be represented by **********. nothing good to say about it. and also very bad things happening in the rooms with people and homeless sorry to say very scary and not safe
