My son and I checked out within hours after our arrival because we just could not sleep in this hotel. The curtains had what looked like blood stains, one of the beds was dirty. Signs for vending and ice were not accurate and we could not find the actual ice machine. My son and I stepped in dog pee in the hallway . The hotel felt dirty and even though we checked out just hours after arriving they charged me the full price of the hotel. This hotel overall was very unpleasant. Although the restaurant was open we waited 15 minutes and no one attended to us and we could not find anyone in the restaurant to assist us. Horrible experience.

The hotel facilities were outdated, and in the sweltering heat (39°C), there was no air conditioning in the room. I went to the front desk to complain, and they sent someone over, gave me a perfunctory answer, and then left. I didn't sleep well all night.

The rooms need updating! EVERY wall socket is worn out and cannot hold a plug. Not OK. It’s not an expensive or difficult fix. Everything else was fine. The staff is friendly, although very young.

The room was clean, but we ran out of body soap in the shower. In terms of comfort, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Also, there was no comforter, so it was a bit cold at night.
