Easy to get to, friendly staff. Says non smoking rooms but someone was definitely smoking in there before. The smell was ingrained into the ac system.

The office locked me out on my second day due to a mixup in their booking. Also , I requested an extra blanket and the office said they would send one up. It never showed up

I find a electrical problem on the bathroom and dont have any maintenance guy to fix the problem was around 3pm and dont let me change room or give me other option

The morning lady is very rude that works the front desk do not like how she looked at me did not like how she spoke to me lady was very rude other than that I have to stay was nice

The bed was lumpy and terrible. The floor was so dirty that after walking to the bathroom and back in my socks they were black with dirt. The water pressure in the shower was so low that you could not get rinsed.

There was bugs all over the room and in the bathroom but another than that everything was good and the service was very good
