Hotel was awesome.  Very clean rooms with everything I needed.   Me and my daughter came to attend a concert.  It was very cold.  We put our jackets on the back of the chairs while we ate breakfast.  I went to my room to change and realized I’d left our coats there.  I went back and they had been stolen.  The manager pulled the camera and confirmed that they were stolen by two men.  He didn’t know if the men were staying in the hotel or not which is concerning because they were eating breakfast.  The door is open so anyone can just walk in and start eating.

Excellent service very helpful location and accommodations were upstanding. The rooms were super clean everything here is what you expect for the price of the room. The Avid hotel delivered a superb service.

The main complaint I had was the hotel refused to let me pay the $200 deposit by cash. I did not have the money on my discover used to pay for the room or in my checking acct. I was given the option to use a card or cancel my reservations. It was midnight and I had surgery at 5:00 am the next morning. I didn’t have the extra money or time to find another hotel. I was forced to use my bank card which overdrew my checking account and that cost me an additional $27 thru my bank in overdraft fees. Then I was told the deposit would be refunded back to my card on 2-4 business days. It has now been 5 business days and I still do not have the $100 refund in my bank account. Because of this inconvenience I will not be staying at Avid hotels in the future.

Overall an excellent hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are very clean and laid out in a way that is great for our environment.

The hotel was very clean, the beds were really comfortable and the staff was terrific. Breakfast was good. Sadly, the pool wasn’t open.
