Comfort Inn South Tulsa - Woodland Hills

This hotel is a great location but it’s sad that it’s rated high. It should be a 1 star hotel. We arrived in our room and all I could smell was the pot smoke through out then we found cockroaches so the front was kind enough to move us but then it still smelled of pot even worse and the heater and remote did not work. Worst hotel experience ever and I will not be returning. Hotel did not offer compensation at all so I’m very disappointed in the choice hotel brand.

I had to ask for linens and shampoos and conditioner. I normally have all that on a trip but that was last minute. I asked 3 times, never brought to my room.

Room had carpet pulled up in corner by bed and mold on floor. Pool heater did not work and water freezing. No TV in room which we received discount for.

Room was basic which given past stays at sister properties was not what we expected. There was a plastic bag over smoke detector assumingly because previous guest smoke or vaped in room. When told to front desk attendant she said it was ok and she couldn’t take it down because she wasn’t tall enough. Had to call front desk because TV remote did not work to which she brought another remote that was for TV because original remote was for live tv. Attendant left remote in room but said they only had 6 left because guests took them. If you want a basic stay this is your place, we have learned to pay the extra few $ and get something better. Also please look at recent reviews and don’t just look at default sorting in app!

This used to be my go-to spot when I came to Tulsa. I’m not sure if the owners changed or what happened but it was not as clean as it once was. Everything was sticky, room was as though it had not been wiped down and everything was muggy and hot no matter how low you turned the ac.

There was no breakfast, but we still had an hour and a half before it was over. The pool had no towels. Our bathroom in the room wasn’t clean

Everything was diry trash on the floor I had to leave within 5min of being there.

Other guests were very loud until 3am. I called the front desk, and she said she would address it, but she didn't. I was awake and never heard anyone come up to the 3rd floor to talk to them. Breakfast was not great. Stayed 3 nights, and it was the same each day. Out of half-and-half for coffee after the first morning there. It was never refilled.

The tv didn’t work and when I finally did it was solely because a family left their fire tv logged in, it was all in Spanish and I had to use subtitles when I watched the tv, that wasn’t really bad the worst part was not having a real function air conditioning it was 78 degrees and it blew barley cold air, no amenities in sight (wipes, toiletries) the breakfast was mediocre and not upkept so the food wasn’t warm and old.
