I love the embassy suites in general! Only complaint is that it was a little on the cheap side than what im used to as far as pillows, and the tv channels.

We checked in and they put us in a room that was under construction so we had to go back down and switch rooms. Asked for extra bedding and it was never brought to us.

This property is under total remodel construction. Thousands of yards of dirty, dusty plastic hanging everywhere. Drills, hammers start at 7:00am till 7:00pm. We were never notified when making a week long reservation at this hotel. There is nothing posted on there website or on *******. Horrible experience!!

There’s a lot of construction going on inside and outside the hotel. This wasn’t an issue for us as we were only staying one night just to catch a flight the next day. Breakfast was good and employees were very pleasant and friendly. Overall a good stay.

The construction started early right above my bed, i was awoke to that..drilling and pounding. And there was an awful smell in the room like dead mice or animals.

This hotel is under construction no hot water!!
Great pool hours! Adult swim at night! Hot tub is nice and hot. Though the jets are just loud bubbles. Good to soak though.
Sheet and towels were good quality. Clean room! Breakfast was nice. Cooks there for omelets!

The room we secured online was. Or available. Was lied to by staff. Staff was rude. It’s under construction and that would be nice know ahead of time.

It was very dirty. The room was dirty, the hotel was dirty. It was very humid and the staff was rough. Not a good visit.
