I prepaid for two rooms. One for me and one for my mother. Plans changed and my mother couldn’t make it. I could only cancel mine to get refund and requested to change the person name to check under mine. The denied it on the app so I called and was told they changed it. Got there and they refused to let us check in. The manager was rude and unaccommodating. We had to find another hotel to stay at. They denied my cancelation request as well. The manager needs fired as her customer service skills are lacking. Nothing was resolved. I lost the money I paid for my room.

I was very happy with the cleaners and that the rooms were so spacious… It was a very quiet and relaxing time! My only complaint is that it took over one month to get out deposits back

The room smells gross because the ac was literally leaking on the carpet. The fee is reasonably priced aside from the issue we encountered. Nice set of breakfast too.

I tried to check in, but even though I'm the cardholder, they wouldn't let me in or verify my identity again. This is terrible behavior. They just said they'd cancel my registration without even asking if I'd get a refund. This is really unacceptable.

Was hoping for better to be honest. The hotel is in dire need of upgrades. We went through 5 key cards in 2 days. They just quit working. The room was cleanish, both toilet paper rolls it had practically fell off the wall just sitting there. The hot tub warmish and way too much chemicals. Turning on the jets caused a foam mountain.
