Property is convenient to the BOK center in downtown Tulsa. They charge $15 to park, but it is adjacent to the hotel in a gated and lit lot. The rooms are large and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchenette. The room was clean, but the rest of the hotel needed a good clean. It didn't look like the hall carpets had been vacuumed in a weeks. Breakfast was good with plenty of hot or cold food options. The price is reasonable for downtown Tulsa, but there are better options.

Very nice hotel, newly remolded. Comfortable beds and quiet inside but you are downtown Tulsa. Paying to park the only downfall.

When I arrived to check in Ms.Betty, greeted me and made sure the check in process went smooth! On top of all of that her character was just plain amazing! She will most likely be the reason why I book again with this hotel! The room was exactly what I expected! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would.

We stayed 1 night for a concert at the BOK and was able to walk from the hotel. I think the back parking lot could use more lighting but felt safe enough. My only problem was one of the bathroom ceramic tiles was loose and would shift. Very dangerous for a handicapped woman. Oh and the shower head would not move do the floor got soaked. Would stay again just know to keep house shoes WAY away from shower entrance!

We have stayed at this hotel many times. Over the years it gets more dirty. They don’t wash the walls, they don’t vacuum, they don’t clean your room when you ask and allow parties with loud music in them.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Had everything we needed in it. We were in a handicapped room and couldn't figure out how to raise the electric blinds and management couldnt tell us so that was weird. The parking is not good...this is why not 5 stars. They don't have enough parking for everyone to have a spot so if the hotel has no vacancies, the parking is first come first serve. If you check in late, good luck finding parking anywhere. We just happened to get the last spot on Thursday. The complimentary breakfast was good. Better than some I have had at other hotels. Offered hot food as well as continental options. Would stay there again.
