The stay was good. Staff was very friendly. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. The room wasn’t very clean, could have definitely used a good cleaning. There were old french fries in the floor upon arrival, not a lot just one or two, they were so old they were black. There were dried boogers wiped all over one of the headboards of the bed. The hotel room door was broke and required a good slamming to close and lock. Other than the cleanliness of the room, it was a good experience. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here on 9/27/2025 room 308. Hotel was a great value at $66.41 for a Saturday night. The room was clean and the property was maintained. The breakfast was good and plenty of parking for my truck and RV trailer. I would stay here again.

Booked this hotel because of good reviews that I read. But my experience was totally different. First off when we got into the room I noticed the TV had a crack in it. You could still watch half of the screen. Not many channels. Told the front desk and they offered to move us to another room. I declined because I had been up over 24 hours and just wanted to sleep. Next day went to use the hot tub. Heck, my bath water is warmer then what it was. And the upper Jets didn't work. The jets at the bottom were hardly working. Not getting relax in that hot tub. Then later on that night we noticed that the basket to the coffee maker was missing. Then on the morning we left the toilet decided not to fill after flushing. Plus it rocked when you sat on it. The place has friendly staff and is clean. But they need to fix some stuff and stay on top of the maintenance.

Probably the most run down and dirtiest rooms I've ever stayed in. First glance everything looked okay not bad for one night. The electrical outlet was ripped out and there was exposed wire behind the tv, wasn't a big deal to me. The bathroom door and tv stand looked worn, also doesn't directly affect me. The popcorn ceiling was clearly growing mold in the bathroom since there is no fan to get rid of the humidity. The biggest issue was this stain on the ceiling that we realized after we had already put our two young children to bed. Best case scenario it was sauce, worst case scenario it was poop. Either way it looked disgusting and having it there made it so we'd definitely never come back here or recommend it. And depending on what it is could be a major health hazard. We got stuck with a really crappy room and they need to have a bit more pride in how they clean their rooms.

The staff in the front were kind and the breakfast was good. The room itself was fine and the bathroom could use improvement. Lots of yelling in the hallways in the middle of the night that I could hear clearly while trying to sleep. Ice machine on our floor was broken both nights we stayed. Some of the house keeping didn’t have typical cleaning carts, but instead looked like old Wal-Mart carts. The bathroom door looked rough along with the wall behind the toilet. I felt safe for the most part inside the hotel, however if you drive just around it, places look really rough and not safe. We stayed on the second floor, the first floor looked like it was kept up better from what I could tell. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Rosy, the desk clerk, was wonderful when we checked in and gracious to help in any way she could. We checked in and went to our room. We tried to connect to Wifi. Having read other complaints about this, we were leary. We could not connect. Rosy told us we had to call the provider. We talked to someone located "off shore" who didn't think "they provided service to our room at Ramada in Tulsa anymore". After turning off and on our laptop and phones and working with the wifi provider for 45 minutes, I called Rosy. Rosy apologized. I asked her to move us to a room that "was covered by their service". We moved and didn't have a problem. Rosy reported the problem to the manager. When I checked out, I told the manager of our problem and he remembered that he had received an email about it. He apologized for the problem and said he would look into it. Hmmm. After looking over all the reviews, it seems that is what he always states. He never compensates for the problems. He had an opportunity as I was checking out to reduce my bill to compensate for my time spent on the wifi problem that has been brought to his attention before. Also the heat in the hallways, mentioned before has not been remedied but I'm sure he will "look into it" and be grateful for my review. On the bright side, Rosy was great, it was a nice hotel, clean, great updates and remodeling. The bed was comfortable but would have been better if we had not had a hole in our fitted sheet (see photo).
