I understand that this hotel is located in a busy downtown area, but the parking situation was extremely inconvenient. We couldn’t find any clearly marked area to temporarily park while checking in or unloading luggage, so we ended up using a public parking lot nearly two blocks away.
When we asked the front desk about parking options, we were told that valet was the only option available. Unfortunately, the interaction felt less than welcoming. Another surprise was the $150 incidental hold, which is one of the highest I’ve encountered. It has also been two days since checkout, and the hold still hasn’t been released.
Another issue was the air conditioning unit in our room, which was extremely noisy and woke us up multiple times throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
On a positive note, the hotel itself was clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. However, because of the parking challenges, additional fees, and the noisy AC, I would likely choose a different property on a future visit.
