Made the reservation to attend a concert at the Hard Rock across the freeway. Was notified by Hard Rock less than 16 hrs after reset cancellation deadline that the artists had cancelled due to illness. Immediately tried to cancel the room at this place. No room for extenuating circumstances. Thank God for Holiday Inn.

Initial room was not cleaned. Even after going to the desk - the response was I'll let the manager know and housekeeping will come in the morning. There were 2 sweatshirts in the room, trash in the can, bed wasn't made (sheets/covers pulled up to the top), bath mat sitting on the top of the toilet, tissue box empty and separated from the container, used soap on the sink. Had to ask to be moved to a new room. No apologies.

They were doing roofing work while we were there. Great place. Just didnt like being woken up before 7am on a Saturday after being at a concert the night before.

No amenities. Dirty facilities. Will not stay again and highly not recommended. Stay at motel 6. Same quality but cheaper.

Good,only problem was the noise the contractor's where making we couldnt even sleep in . They started at 6:00am this morning. They where working on the building. But it was uncalled for that early. When you go on vacation you want to sleep in...

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was light with cereal, bagels and yogurt available.

Breakfast was minimal. Room air conditioning was excellent. Room was clean. Housekeeping supposed to come every other day to change towels, empty trash, and make beds. We stayed 4 days and they did not come, had to get towels from front desk.
