Xela was the perfect venue for our destination wedding, hosting ~90 guests, which was a larger wedding for a boutique hotel. We were initially drawn to the stunning property, and its easy accessibility with a secluded, private feel. Another huge plus for us was the ability to coordinate events between other Namron Hospitality locations, which were all within a short walk. What sealed the deal was the outstanding staff. Xela's team, and the broader staff across other Namron spots, went above and beyond to deliver our dream wedding and ensured a seamless experience for our guests flowing between properties. A special shout-out goes to the concierge team, Paula and Ivan, and Xela's event team, Fernanda, Liz, and Nathalie, who were all so attentive, friendly, and coordinated flawlessly with our different vendors. Irving was our offsite coordinator, who was equally responsive and impressive. Fernanda's attention to detail, even recalling specifics from our initial tour 18 months prior, gave us total confidence. The wait staff was also exceptional - Juan Carlos is a star. Daily life at Xela was exceptional, starting with warm greetings by name and an incredible breakfast (I recommend the breakfast burrito and banana bread or avocado toast. For lunch we loved the shrimp or fish tacos and the burger). The afternoon service was equally impressive, we returned each day to a spotless room, restocked fridge/beach bag, and beautiful touches like rose petals on our wedding night and different small bites each day. The staff's encouragement to utilize the entire property allowed us to host functions across the beach, rooftop, lobby, and other Namron spots (Nu, Radhoo, La Valise Spa), making us and our guests feel completely at home. For anyone planning a wedding in Tulum, Xela is an amazing option and would be our first choice again and again. Thank you, Xela team, for being so wonderful during an unforgettable weekend!
