Tuup Oceanfront

I stayed in room 5, very comfortable bed and amenities. The place worked incredible for us for networking and being able to also connect with the natural side of Tulum in a conscious way without leaving aside the comforts.

I stayed here for my brother’s wedding and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. The staff were attentive and warm, the views were incredible no matter where you are, the rooms were comfortable and pristine, the food was exquisite, the pools were refreshing. I loved taking the complimentary bikes to the cenoté and relaxing at the rooftop bar. Really, truly hope I can come back some day!

Wow where do I start. Amazing, we loved everything about this place & I honestly can’t think of a negative. Location is great about 10 min walk to the noisy bit, supermarket about 3 min walk, we are right on the beautiful beach & we have a lovely fresh pool. Staff very friendly & the food was fresh & delicious. Our bungalow was in a jungle setting & through the palm trees you can see the turquoise sea. The prices were good for Tulum as there are some very expensive places to stay & eat out we noticed so this place is an all rounder. Not forgetting the roof with Dj & cocktails watching the sunset

What stood out was an amazing bed. Nice & firm which is good for lower back issues. The property was cleaned every day The view was beautiful as we were upper floor deluxe & we could see the turquoise sea through the leaves of the palms trees so I felt like I was in a jungle. At night all I could hear was the waves breaking on the beach. The staff were all very friendly & David was our waiter on the beach & looked after us very well. Thank you David

Could not have asked for a more perfect spot for our Tulum beach getaway! A quaint beachfront cabana with wonderful privacy, steps from Tulum Beach, with its own private beachfront area. The rooms are beautiful, minimalist in style but super classy, and such a comfortable bed!! Diligent room service kept everything spotless every day, with fresh water and towel service. And you have all the amenities of the Hotel Panamera right next door if you want to be pampered at their restaurant and beachside drink service! The food was spectacular and the service unparalleled. Thank you Juan, Alberto, and Armando for your special care. And of course, the beach … perfect for endless beach walks, jumping the waves, or just relaxing with a cool drink and watching the waves roll in endlessly. Can’t wait to come back to Tuup / Panamera!

Tuup Tulum is just perfect. We stayed for 2 nights and we only regret not staying longer. I usually don’t do reviews here, but in this case I have to be fair. The facilities, the food and the staff were outstanding! We were traveling with our 1 year old, and Tuup just made our life super easy. Ideal for family trip, but also very romantic to come without the kids. Finally, I need to mention Hector. His kindness and politeness is just the perfect personification of how good Tuup is. Thank you!

Great hotel…have stayed there twice now. Cute little bungalows right on the beach. Rooms are clean. Staff is nice! And you can enjoy the amenities of the hotel next door!
