Great for a group! This place was great for a group! We had 12 which was a good size, although it can fit many more. We didn't have anyone upstairs since those rooms don't have AC but the AC worked very well in the downstairs bedrooms. Just a note, make sure to close your doors or else lots of mosquitos come in! The pool was lovely, clean, and so was the property. We had assistance in booking a private chef at the house which was so fun! Staying down by the beach is very difficult with a big group so this was a good plan B. Only 15-25 minutes to the beach zone depending where you're going. The place is behind a locked gate which was comforting, and there are safes in 3 of the rooms to keep valuables.
