When we arrived, the person at the front desk said that they no longer work with *********** so he had no record of my reservation, then he proceeded to write my information on a blank piece of paper and I was not given a receipt. The facilities were not clean, the linens and furniture were stained, the only roll of toilet paper given was wet, the water did not run, there was no mosquito net even though it was part of the listing and the air conditioner did not work, it was so loud from the bar across the street but also the generator sound shook the entire structure. WiFi does not work in the rooms. The lighting was almost nonexistent so you couldn’t see at night. The whole place looked like it was furnished with furniture that was found on the side of the road. None of the furniture through out the building was the same. Overall this place was poorly run, badly managed, and not maintained. We stayed for a few hours, however, we could not bare to sleep here do to the lack of cleanliness, no running water, and loud noises. The staff refused to refund our money and when we asked to speak to the manager we were told that we didn’t have authorization to speak to them. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is the location on the beach road, however it is not at all worth it in my opinion.

We booked a room on *******, but when we got there they said the room had already been occupied. Then they didn’t provide any help at all to find another room there or anywhere else

Awesome hospitality, very helpful personnel. Location is a low budget place compared to everything around. very centrally located. Just keep in mind this is a hostile. I’ll stay here again for sure .

super Bad Hostal the owner dont care about nothing 3 days with NO WATER AND SHE DONT GUVE ME MONEY BACK OR NOTHING, I HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL . THE SERVICE IS THE MORE TERRIBLE AND BAD ON THE WORD.TH BED IS DURTY EVERYTHING DURTY SMELL BAD

Obligé de mettre une étoile mais sa la mérite pas du tout , photos trompeuses, déjà très mal indiquer il y a pas de panneau à l’entrée avec le nom de l’hôtel , arrivé dans la chambre, joli avec le bois MAIS … poil dans le lavabo, pas de savon pour les mains, serviettes degueulasses avec des taches marrons-orange… au moment de la douche surprise pas d’eau chaude donc obliger de se doucher à l’eau froide , ça puait trop dans la SDB car juste en dessous de la fenêtre c’était une déchèterie … les chiottes fuyait en dessous, il trouver plus la clé pour fermer notre chambre alors que toute nos affaires été dedans donc déjà 30 min de perdu le temps qu’il l’a trouve(ce qui est jamais arrivé et on avais autre chose à faire) il on fait installer un locket avec cadenas et une clé en attendant (UN SKETCH), mur en bambou ajouré .. c’est vraiment une cabane ! Endroit hyper bruyant entouré de club avec 4 musiques différentes dans chaque coin , je vous explique pas la nuit entre la musique et le trafic routier .. je le déconseille fortement, pour le même prix ou un peu plus cher vous pouvez avoir largement mieux à Tulum.

Tuvimos muchos problemas con el hotel debido a que la regadera privada de la habitación no servía y teníamos que salir a bañarnos en los baños compartidos, toda nuestra estancia estuvo descompuesta la regadera.

Este lugar es terrible la atención es horrible y la limpieza lo peor la atención es muy mala el personal de recepción es rudo y muy mala atención al publico. Perdimos nuesto dinero porq llegamos y no pudimos ni estar dos horas. Esto es lo peor es la peor experiencia de mi vida. No lo tomen jamas.
