Very clean and close to the center. The only concern is that you need to pay for a taxi every time you need to go somewhere. They offer bike service at reception for $300 pesos but I think they should include it for free for the guests. Service at pool was poor. They only had a young lady that was not helpful at all. She didn’t want to prepare a piña colada because she didn’t have the Bacardi.:(

The hotel is great (the building is new and it has spacious and clean room, nice rooftop pool and friendly staff) and is in a great location, close to a few nice restaurants and within walking distance to the city center. Totally recommended!

Once again the staff at Naay elevated our experience. Last night I realized I had lost my Armani glasses. In minutes Cristopher the manager came to the rooftop, found us and returned them. Next level. Kindness from staff was real. Omar the concierge, really came through in helping us book a reservation and finding us a phenomenal beach that wasn’t over the top price wise. These Naay employees made our trip.

The jewel of Tulum after few days now we get what’s all the fuss is all about. The Naay Tulum Hotel is the perfect place to stay and enjoy specially the cenotes and the Beaches. Both are short drive and beautiful the hotel staff are good in assisting all your needs. The Hotel is compared to Cancun Hotel but rooms are very spacious and clean. We highly recommend this Hotel if you’re planning to visit Tulum. JA

I arrived a day early for a bachelorette party and so I booked a room at Naay through *******, and it was fabulous. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Plus it has a lovely rooftop pool and restaurant with reasonable prices. Then the Airbnb we were supposed to stay in didn't work out after a night (let's just say there were some issues) and I'm grateful the entire party was able to check into the hotel for two nights and i could vouch for the hotel. It felt like a homecoming --all the staff were like, "welcome back!" haha. While they're not on the beach, they have a deal with some beach clubs so you can use their facilities as long as you meet a minimum. I would definitely stay here again.

Before spending the night on the beach, we spent the evening in this town hotel. The level of service was exceptional. Enjoyed the cocktail service while lounging by the rooftop pool throughout the evening. That evening, I intended to tour downtown, but I became very engrossed in unwinding at the hotel.

Naay is a lovely hotel. It's in a quiet spot in the jungle, not in the busier hotel zone of Tulum. The staff is very friendly and professional, quick to respond to any needs. Good bar on the roof, and a nice pool, too. The cost is reasonable for the area and the quality of the hotel. The room was comfortable, including a good mattress and high quality beddings.

We love it! The rooftop restaurant and pool is luxurious and fun. Angel and Eduardo were our attentive, professional and friendly waiters. The food was fresh and tasty. We loved the lemon pie and quinoa bowl! The room is contemporary, clean and includes everything you need. The front desk staff are great too! They helped us coordinate a local tour. Paula was great. A 7-11, retail shops, spas and restaurants are all within walking distance. We loved this hotel and wouldn’t change a thing. We stayed for five nights and it was the perfect length to relax and explore the area. We plan to return for another relaxing vacation.

Really rude lobby service . Not Posadas usually service. Rooms were nice , pool was nice to look at but freezing. Only reason they get 2 stars is for the waiter and pool bar it (same guy) he was very good . Also super unsecured place, We were there swimming with a couple in the rooftop warm tub to find out they weren’t even staying there and they came in because they saw the pool from walking by on the street. If that’s something they allow it’s fine I just feel they should let customers know.

The hotel is esthetically pleasing and close to the beach and the strip. However the room was not clean. Linen and towels were dirty. The room was FREEZING cold. No one was every able to bring clean sheets or adjust the temperature in the room.

We did a day pass at this hotel, we thought we found an amazing find! The pool was nice, the food was mediocre but the service was good. However visitors beware, it’s secluded and the police stalked us and robbed us at gunpoint 2 mins after driving off… beware TULUM police. BEWARE TULUM

The rooms were spacious and clean, with beautiful decor and comfortable beds. The bathroom was also very nice, with a large shower and plenty of hot water. The air conditioning worked great, which was a relief after being out in the hot sun all day. The hotel also provided beach towels, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The coffee was also very good. We also had dinner at the hotel one night and it was amazing. The chef is very talented and the food was some of the best we had in Tulum. The location of the hotel is great, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach is also just a short bike ride away. The hotel provides bikes for free, which was a great way to explore the area. Overall, we had an amazing stay at Naay Tulum Curamoria Collection. The staff, the rooms, the food, and the location were all fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tulum.

my husband and i booked this last-min for a New Year's getaway from NYC. thru ******* we were able to get a great rate (compared to any other property nearby). includes free continental breakfast (coffee, fresh OJ, fruit plate, toast with butter and strawberry jam). Ivan at front desk is so lovely and helpful. very nice modern clean room with TV and very strong A/C. very firm and wonderfully comfortable bed. bathroom water pressure very weak, and the water never got fully hot. rooftop pool is very nice, pool bar is affordable with meh/decently ok food and cocktails. staff all very friendly. this hotel is NOT close to the beach! it's about a 10-15min taxi ride one-way which costs about $30-40 USD. we knew this ahead of time, but heads-up. local restaurants, convenience store, coffee shops walkable (we didn't explore many of them tho)
