Tuve una pésima experiencia con este alojamiento. Reservé y pagué en su totalidad el 18 de noviembre una reservación para el 4 de enero del 2025, hace 24 horas escribo para ajustar detalles de mi llegada y me dijeron que me reserva fue cancelada, anexo la evidencia de la conversación con el alojamiento, su justificación para cancelar mi reserva fue que hubieron problemas con la electricidad y Administración La realidad es que cancelaron mi reserva y le duplicaron el precio y la vendieron, Ya que ayer todavía estaba disponible esa fecha, me parece una súper falta de atención y seriedad de este alojamiento que haga ese tipo de cosas con los clientes que reservaron con meses de anticipación No les importa mantener su reputación sino solo vender a los precios Más altos que se puedan y yo no sé como booking puede permitir tener operadores con este tipo de falta de ética y responsabilidad No quise dejar de compartir mi experiencia ya que lo que se encuentra de reseñas no hablan de este tipo de acciones del alojamiento
