In the rainforest, the environment is not bad, but of course there are many mosquitoes... The food is average, it is not surprising, and it is not unpleasant. I think the service is quite average, not very active and will disturb the rest more often, the sound insulation is not good, most of the night Or I was woken up several times in the early morning, and the last thing I liked is to imprison several dolphins in a small swimming pool... In short, it is a very commercial and impersonal hotel

I visited this property with my wife and other friends. It's a huge & beautiful resort staff were fabulous—especially our concierge,Diana, flores & Tiana who really helped to book spa services
Edgor who helped to reserve busy Japanese restaurants on one of our friends birthday and the grounds were beautiful. I'd definitely return to this resort!

Facility is good, but it’s a 90-minute to 2-hour ride from the airport. No transportation provided. Also, they didn’t mention the environmental fee at checkout.

The staff at the pool bars are excellent (Cali in particular was amazing) food and resort are nice but not 5 star. Would travel there again as the layout was nice and had a good time.

The overall trip was wonderful; however, making dinner reservations was very frustrating and difficult. You really need to improve this going forward so that everyone can enjoy their dining experience.
