It was off season when we got here, hence we enjoyed the solitude and a soothing retreat. Got the spa, got the pool and got the bar all to ourselves. Just watch out for those mosquitoes, and bring your own water or drink juice without ice.

This is a lovely hotel right on the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay. A bonus for us was getting to sea turtles come ashore on their beach to lay their eggs. It was amazing

The hotel is magnificent, everything is immaculate, and the service is very attentive. There are games, and the small pool is adorable. Unfortunately, there was sargassum seaweed, making the beach unusable, but we were lucky enough to see the turtles hatching. The rooms are stunning.

The location is great. The parking lot is just opposite the hotel. The room is a 2-minute walk from the beach. The beach is wide and there are few tourists. I saw the most beautiful sunrise. The large balcony is surrounded by green plants and is very suitable for sunbathing. It is quieter than other hotels at night. The double shower can take a shower at the same time. The hotel thoughtfully prepared three large bottles of drinking purified water and a woven bag for going out... I like Tulum starting from the hotel.

I reserved this hotel for a spontaneous 2 night stay I booked day of & based off the reviews of other patrons & what they said about the extremely comfy beds w luxury bedding. When we arrived that evening, we were told we wouldn’t actually be staying at Le Zehra but at the next door property now managed by La Zehra (use to be Lula). So my stat rating is purely based off my experience w this surprise & the fact that these beds are literally the most basic cheap mattress w simply a sheet and thin bedding, doors do not seal shut so bugs got in at night, my boyfriend had to carry quite interesting bug out each morning that we’re hanging on the drapes that I can only assume had cctawledin through the crack of the sliding door because it didn’t seal as well as mosquitoes that would come in through the crack from the door not closing and sealing shut, even though locked so it was kind of scary falling asleep as I was thinking I would wake up with one on me after seeing what had called in the first morning. the fact that I booked purely off of a search for luxury bedding, comfortable bedding and to stay at La zebra and what is pictured. The staff is AMAZING and food great

Beautiful hotel on the beach. Staffs were really nice and restaurant was amazing. One thing I enjoyed and was thoughtful, room came with beach bag, cover-up and botanical bug spray. Beds were also very comfortable.

Great place to stay, beachfront and very close walk to some great restaurants and shopping!! The shower was really great. The turndown service was a nice touch, left some tea and cookies.. :)
